New job Spa Coordinator - PT in Washington

Join the Bellevue Club and Hotel team. Our dynamic property, located on the Eastside, includes a 250,000-square-foot fitness facility, three restaurants, a full-service spa and 66-room boutique hotel.

The Bellevue Club Spa is currently looking for a part-time Spa Coordinator to provide exceptional customer services to our members and guests while supporting Spa Providers and management. This position will serve as the key contact person for information on Spa services and products. This position should be performed with enthusiasm, friendliness and world class professionalism, giving undivided attention to the members and guests at all times.

This position includes daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Schedule appointments for all spa services including manicures, pedicures, artificial nails, massages, body treatments and facials.
• Communicate with the Spa Technician all changes to their daily schedule.
• Complete all Spa Confirmation Calls.
• Handle P.O.S. (point of sale) operations and retail sales on computerized point of sale system.
• Answer questions and offer suggestions to members and guests.
• Promote and facilitate member sign up for department e-mail alerts.
• Answer Spa phones.
• Assist Spa Director and other spa staff with merchandising and inventory control of spa products.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa waiting area and restocks supplies as necessary.
• Responsible for accurately scheduling, checking in, and ringing out guests for their appointments, services and products.
• Assist in various tasks as assigned by Spa Director
• Act as the liaison between the Spa Technicians and the client.
