Full Description

ASRC Federal DNC has an immediate position for a Junior Business Analyst, Healthcare to join our team that supports the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in Falls Church, VA. This position works with passionate team members that are excited to be supporting the DHA Military Health Systems.

  • Coordinate meetings that require input from various teams and key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Effectively communicate with other team members and customers at all levels and provide status reports
  • Track action items and develop courses of action to business problems
  • Use advanced word processing skills (e.g., MS Word) to format and edit documents
  • Use advanced Presentation software skills (e.g., PowerPoint) to create Command / Executive-level briefings and presentation packages
  • Prepare meeting agendas and meeting minutes

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • Two (2) years of experience with a Federal Government health organization/agency (such as DHA, DoD MTFs, VA, CMS, NIH, IHS, HRSA, and HHS)
  • Experience preparing meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and briefs using MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience preparing business process models (BPMs) is very preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • US Citizenship is required to obtain the DoD Public Trust clearance
