Job Description
The Department of Labor and Workforce Development (DOL) provides many benefits to employees to acknowledge and value

Accounts (HSA), life insurance, deferred compensation and more. The DOL also provides tuition reimbursement (after nine
months of employment), Alternate Workweek Program (determined by division), Work From Home Program (determined by
division), and employee training.

Under the supervision of a higher level investigator, maintains an individual case load, assists in enforcement of the
Unemployment Compensation and Temporary Disability Benefits Laws by conducting various field investigations. All
determinations are fact sensitive and require the ability to understand and apply complex tax laws, judicial precedents and
extensive administrative rules and policies. Does other related duties.

EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree. Applicants must submit a copy of

graduation May-June 2021 will be taken into consideration pending final submittal of degree conferment.
