Job Description:

Answers and directs departmental phone calls.

Receives and distributes office mail.

Proof reads and types documents and correspondence produced by department. Must be fluent in English and Grammar.

Must be proficient in basic math skills, computer literate including Microsoft Office, Excel. and Outlook.

Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.

May assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports including accident and worker compensation.

Order and track supplies for the office.

Other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree preferred but will accept experience in lieu of education.

Math skills, customer friendly, team driven, must be able to prioritize your work as assigned.

Minimum of five year professional office experience.
