Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“JPS”) is currently seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of General Clerk Typist in the Chicago, IL area.
Job Title: General Clerk Typist.
Position Description:
Promotes and maintains professional conduct throughout the office. Greet guests, Answer telephones, route calls, and take messages. Provides administrative support to contracts. These duties can include data abstraction, data entry and internet searches, depending on the contracts scope of work.
Requirements:
High School diploma and in the process of completing a BA or BS in relevant field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
2 years' experience
