Director of Spa:

Mauna Lani is searching for a highly experienced Director of Spa with a successful background to oversee the daily spa operations and lead a team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be innovative, drive revenue through different channels and menu offerings and thrive on proper service execution. Exceptional business acumen, strong attention to detail, robust verbal and written communication skills are paramount. A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a luxury hotel/resort setting is required.
