Job Description

A great opportunity to work for an organization who makes the difference in the lives of others! CFI seeks a qualified candidate to fill the role of a Customer Support Specialist. Works under the general supervision of the Program Director and provides administrative support services for all staff, programs, and departments. Evening hours as late as 8:00pm Monday – Thursday may be required for this position

An Example of Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct incoming phone calls and appointments
  • Maintain client files
  • Enter and update client information into computer system
  • Assist doctor and therapists
  • Conduct urine analysis on substance abuse clients
  • Ordering and managing distribution of medical and office supplies
  • Accounts payable tasks

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma with office work experience; Associate's degree preferred. Successful Experience with computer systems and ability to understand and operate various related software necessary to carry out job functions.
