Full Description

The Curriculum Developer assists with the development of end-user software training in all formats (ILT/VILT/Online) for the Learning Services Team. Curriculum Developers are responsible for the analysis of training needs and the design of training curriculum, including development of the infrastructure necessary to deliver. The Curriculum Developer will also be responsible for engaging with team members from all areas of the WellSky business, while demonstrating a commitment to delivering best in class learning.

A day in the life!

  • Participate in Learning Services projects on schedule by taking directed actions per team guidelines and standards
  • Material Creation (end user, client-facing curriculum) per standard Learning Services processes
  • Material Maintenance
  • Instructional technology and design methods

  • Ensures internal and external customer satisfaction by adherence to all deliverable dates in project plan
  • Demonstrates aptitude to manage and prioritize responsibilities independently
  • Demonstrates aptitude to ability to effectively plan, organize and implement applicable tasks or projects in relation to established goals and objectives
  • Demonstrates aptitude to create, implement, evaluate and enhance internal control processes
  • Manages compliancy with WellSky HIPAA Privacy and Security Practices and all required regulatory processes
  • Demonstrate aptitude for defining a problem, developing workable and realistic alternatives, and selecting the appropriate alternative to resolve the problem. Decisions made are generally correct, and the time taken to make such decisions is reasonable
  • Demonstrates aptitude to understand technical concepts and ability to effectively communicate with technical team members
  • Able to transfer knowledge in workplace or classroom settings
  • 0-3 years relevant work experience in professional services, consulting or software services delivery
  • Able to transfer knowledge in workplace or classroom settings
  • Excellent troubleshooting, listening and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field from an accredited college or university
