The Beverage Manager oversees all areas pertaining to beverage such as providing a quality product, handling cost control and offering the best possible service of all beverage items to our guests. He or she is responsible for the leadership, supervision and activities of our bars. The successful candidate is highly energetic, strategic, and front facing. The position requires consistent attention to detail, creativity, strong communication and computer skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Previous beverage/bar leadership background in a luxury hotel setting is preferred.
