TECHNAMO is a Tier-I Contractor to provide IT Services to the Virginia govt. agencies (70+ entities) and contracted to provide services to state govt. New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Delaware, and Maryland govt. agencies.

Serves as a resource to design and develop mobile-friendly solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps and Power Automate.
This position is within the State of Michigan (SOM) Enterprise Collaboration with the SharePoint support team and serves business needs across all SOM agencies. Responsibilities include meeting with the business owners and end-users to identify solution requirements through collaborative working sessions, documenting work processes, designing a workflow, and the development, testing, and maintenance of solutions using the Power Platform. This position is expected to identify opportunities to improve processes and to grow adoption of the Power Platform across the SOM through the development of standards, processes, and reusable components. In-depth knowledge of Power Platform capabilities and limitations is required, including an understanding of the Power Platform licensing model and an understanding of connectors and functionality that requires specific licensing.
Required skills:
Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Flow) – Required 2 years.
Microsoft Power Apps – Required 2 years.
Microsoft SharePoint Architecture – Required 2 years.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation – Required 1 year.
Designing Workflow – Required 2 years.
SQL – Nice to have 6 months.
Azure Logic Apps – Nice to have 6 months.
MS Dataverse (formerly Common Data Services) – Nice to have 6 months.
