New job Middle School Music Teacher in Vermont | 2021

The Riverside School seeks a creative, energetic part-time musicteacher of grades 6-8 to direct band and chorus, teach music theoryclasses, and serve as music director for theatrical productions. Themusic teacher may also offer private instrumental lessons to 4th-8thgraders. The position requires afternoons five days per week forteaching work, and additional time for private instruction.The ideal candidate will have experience teaching music toadolescents; experience teaching and conducting choral and bandprograms, strong keyboard and/or guitar skills, be willing to beactively involved with and act as musical director for the annualmiddle school play, and coordinate annual student concerts.
