We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented customer service specialist, to process prize payments and financial transactions, with excellent communication skills to join our team.
This position will primarily provide customer service in the validation of Lottery prizes for games for walk-in and mail-in claim processing, including performing financial related transactions (e.g., issuing of special checks, reconciliation of checks for prizes paid), etc.

Ensure you have clearly described your specific role/what you did, your level of responsibility (e.g. worked independently, etc.) scope, duration, specific nature of your duties for all of the qualifications. Make sure you provide examples that clearly describe your experience that demonstrate your level of expertise for all the qualifications.
Minimum qualified applicants will have professional work experience in each the following:
1. Experience providing customer service/assistance (e.g., responding to questions and concerns by answering phone calls, one-on-one interactions, etc.).
2. Experience completing tasks that required following or applying policies and/or procedures.
3. Computer system experience entering/verifying data (excluding checking out customers with cash registers at the point of sale).
Well qualified applicants will also have professional work experience in a minimum of two (2) or more of the following (in addition to the minimum qualifications):
1. Experience with processing payments and/or financial transactions of $1,000 or more.
2. Experience handling sensitive (e.g., other people's personally identifiable information) or confidential information.
3. Experience reviewing your or other's work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
4. Experience with redeeming/cashing Lottery wins; OR experience working with Lottery products.
