New job Cashier - Parks and Rec Aquatic Facilities (Temporary Part-Time Position) Spring/Summer 2021 in Columbia, MO | 2021

Cashier will work under the supervision of the Facility Manager. Cashier at the Columbia Park’s and Recreation Outdoor Aquatic Facilities must: maintain effective customer service skills; be able receive money and make make appropriate change; provide a sanitary facility through continual cleaning of the facility and equipment; count money and complete daily cash journal; interpret and apply established policies; ability to appropriately respond to both emergency and non-emergency situations; maintain an appearance and demeanor that projects a positive, professional image; assist with department wide special events when needed; perform other duties as assigned.

Must be 16 years of age or older, and be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays; varied schedule. Prefer the following experiences: computer; point of sale software; cash register; cash handling; and customer service. Applicants must be able to work independently, follow established dress code, and attend mandatory staff meetings.
