Full Description
The position regularly works with IT staff and the CCR management team to identify and resolve issues. The position works under limited direction with extensive latitude for the exercise of initiative and independent judgment to define and analyze requirements for CCR technology. The position assists in developing legislative initiatives or Legislative Appropriation Requests needed to enhance, update and maintain all technology CCR depends upon to carry out its critical missions. The position must be able to work independently, analyze complex problems, develop effective solutions, and use discretionary judgment. The position provides important information and makes decisions related to project scope, timelines, CCR policies, and strategies.
- Oversees assignments to staff who participate in IT projects regardless of direct reporting authority. - Directs assignments to staff for collection, organization, analysis, and preparation of materials needed for project implementation and success and reviews and approves their work products. 10%
Knowledge of CCL policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
Knowledge of and skill using the CLASS system.
Knowledge of and skill in performing analysis of IT applications and reviewing requirements and design documents.
Skill using computer applications.
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, both internally and externally.
