Minimum Requirements:- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy license
- Ability to practice occupational therapy unencumbered within state and federal guidelines
- At least one year of experience working as a Occupational Therapist
- Home health experience
- Home Care Home Base documentation experience
