Job Highlights

  • Manages and coordinates the BU High Performance Materials logistic and supply chain function across sub-functions such as production planning, warehousing, distribution/transportation to meet BU HPM business requirements; Develops, implements and monitors all logistics management activities required for the timely, efficient and safe transportation and warehousing of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Manages the BU, HPM, Supply Chain personnel and functions including customer service, pricing, exports, Production and inventory planning to achieve best in class customer service levels with cost efficiency. Finds and implements business process opportunities to improve the efficiency of the HPM order to cash process; Ensure proper training for supply chain personnel in customer master data management and SAP
  • Optimizes the utilization of existing SAP and other work flows throughout the HPM supply chain organization
  • Manages duty draw back procedures to benefit from government benefits for re-exported goods
  • Finds cost saving opportunities in the supply chain by finding more cost efficient transportation routes
  • Tracks KPIs (i.e. BU working capital targets) to measure supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and optimize local and global supply chain interfaces. Liaison with HPM Regional Management Team as well as Global Supply Chain and Product Management to develop specific targets to meet BU objectives.
  • Complaint Management Process Owner


  • An advanced business/supply chain degree or equivalent experience,
  • Experience with Import/Export Compliance,
  • SAP,
  • MS Office,
  • i-Net experience
